Product advantages

1. Operating standards:

The fully automatic batching system is controlled and operated by a touch screen and PLC. The opening and closing of valves and conveying pumps, as well as the operating time and conditions, are all pre-set in the program to achieve zero error automatic operation of the system. Avoiding the drawbacks of randomness and instability in manual operation, as well as the risk caused by the uneven personal skills of operators.

2. Safe operation:

Three levels of password protection have been set in the program design for operator login passwords and for management personnel to set ingredient process parameters, enabling automatic completion of the entire ingredient process by pressing a start button. It also has the functions of fully automatic batching, fully automatic on-site cleaning, and fully automatic sterilization.

3. Traceability of operation:

The system is equipped with online detection and recording instruments, and the data can be stored for a long time to meet the certification requirements of different standards.

4. Cleaning is more compliant

The thoroughness, repeatability, and verifiability of cleaning and sterilization, as well as the unchangeable process parameters such as system cleaning and sterilization records, ensure better regulatory compliance.
